Ordered another Renault Trafic Sport van , which will bring the total to 7 . Also changed the logo design on the last 3 vans, as they are now all black in colour.. All future vans will be black in colour with green logo’s.
Received multiple tenders from Kier Living, a very respected house building arm of the huge company Kier Construction which undertake huge projects.. The tenders are for for 4 projects in and around the Mid – Glamorgan area.
Commenced our 58th project, 27 assisted living apartments and 19 houses at Tondu Bridgend. Main Contractor Jehu Project Services.
14 live projects currently.
Commenced our 59th project, 106 houses for the Cardiff Living Housing Association. This being our first project with Wates. A very established Main Contractor, and we are looking forward to establishing a good working relationship with them. And with many more project with them on the horizon that will be a good thing..
Employing more than 60 carpenters presently.
Received our first tender from Willis Construction. We have been invited to quote for 38 luxury apartments, in Newport. Hopefully this will be our first project for this well established Cardiff Main Contractor.
