Commenced work on our third project, 42 timber frame houses at Penarth Cardiff, main contractor Crest Nicholson. Contracted to Guildway Timber Kit.
Commenced work on our fourth project, a timber frame retirement home and 18 retirement homes in Sway The New Forrest. Main contractor Cowlin Construction.
Commenced work on our fifth project, Fitted a very large solid Pine Staircase in Bonvilston Vale of Glamorgan.
Became V. A. T. registered
Registered with the Construction Industry Scheme, to receive payments with 20% deducted from our clients.
Opened a trade account with F. P. Hertings
Employed South Wales Safety Consultancy, to act as our advisors/ assessors in all safety matters.They also compiled the company health & safety policy.
